Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common admission questions
When should I apply for admission?
We recommend applying at least 2-3 months before your desired start date. However, we accept applications year-round subject to availability. For the best chance of securing a place, apply early as spaces are limited.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application submission. Please contact our admissions office for the current fee structure. The fee covers the cost of processing your application and conducting the placement assessment.
How long does the admission process take?
The complete admission process typically takes 2-4 weeks from application submission to final decision. This includes document review, placement assessment, interview, and decision notification. We strive to process applications as quickly as possible while ensuring thorough evaluation.
Can I visit the school before applying?
Absolutely! We encourage prospective families to visit our campus. You can schedule a guided tour during our regular tour times or attend our monthly open house. Contact us to book your visit. Tours typically last 45-60 minutes and include classroom visits and facility tours.
What documents do I need to submit?
Required documents include: completed application form, birth certificate, recent photographs, previous school reports (last 2 years), transfer certificate, medical records, immunization certificate, and parent/guardian identification. For a complete checklist, please visit our Requirements page or contact the admissions office.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Yes, we offer merit-based scholarships and need-based financial assistance to qualifying students. Scholarship applications are reviewed separately and have specific deadlines. Please visit our Scholarships page or contact the admissions office for more information about available programs and application procedures.
What is the student-teacher ratio?
We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention. Our student-teacher ratios are: Early Years (1:12), Primary School (1:15), and Secondary School (1:18). This allows our teachers to provide individualized support and foster meaningful student-teacher relationships.
Do you accept mid-year admissions?
Yes, we accept mid-year admissions subject to space availability. Students transferring mid-year will go through the same admission process. We work closely with families to ensure a smooth transition and provide orientation support to help new students settle in quickly.
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the Cambridge International Curriculum for Primary and Secondary levels, complemented by our own enrichment programs. Students prepare for Cambridge O-Level (Grade 10) and A-Level (Grade 11) examinations. Our curriculum is internationally recognized and prepares students for universities worldwide.
How can I track my application status?
Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email with an application reference number. You can contact your assigned admissions officer or email [email protected] with your reference number to check your application status. We also provide updates at key stages of the process.
